How to Setup Ivanti Secure Access Client (formerly Pulse Secure) - ROAMS and Remotely Connect to a Computer?

Engineering Graduate students are eligible to request and use VPN access.  Please note that usage is restricted to a single device.  Undergraduate students involved in teams or clubs may be granted access on a case-by-case basis.  New access requests for WROAMS are temporarily frozen until September 25th as WTS transitions from Pulse Secure to Fortinet.
