How Do I Manage O365 Mail Groups That I Own?

Open a web browser and navigate to https://groups.eng.uwo.ca
This online application allows owners of mail groups a simplified / easy method to update groups for members and owners and will require you to sign in with your UWO credentials.  

If you want to open the URL in a new window/tab, you can choose to right click or CTRL+click the URL.
